I started training after being an MMA fan for a few years and thought it seemed like a fun way to get in shape. Not long after training, I realized it was something I loved to do and began shaping my life to accommodate it more. After a few years I was able to move towards teaching and training full-time, which allows me to share my passion with all my students.
